Architectural Controls

Most subdivisions require architectural controls, these vary with each developer.  As every lot and home is different, some changes are expected on each approval.  This can require some extra costs.  KM Best Contracting can not accurately predict the extra costs due to any changes or requests of the developer.  Any costs that arise from architectural approvals will be at the expense of the purchaser.
